1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using VolunteerPay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users including organisation administrators and individual volunteers.

2. Description of service

VolunteerPay is a mobile and web application that enables organisations to manage volunteer expense claims and reimbursements. The service includes claim submission, approval workflows, reporting, and multi-currency support.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use VolunteerPay. By using the service, you confirm that you have the authority to bind your organisation to these terms if registering on behalf of an organisation.

4. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: submit false or fraudulent expense claims; use the service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service; interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

6. Financial data accuracy

VolunteerPay provides tools to record and manage expense claims. You are responsible for the accuracy of all financial data entered. VolunteerPay does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice. Consult a qualified professional for such matters.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Christian360 Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of VolunteerPay. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to VolunteerPay at any time for breach of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for the period required by law and then deleted.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
